Steps to reproduce:

1. Installed the "Dark (A theme with a dark colour scheme)" colour theme in Mozilla Thunderbird 128.2.0esr (64-bit).
2. Go to the "Items for Offline Use (Choose mail folders and newsgroups for offline use)" window.
3. Selected any line and changed the state of the checkbox.

Actual results:

The appearance of the place where the checkbox is located has hardly changed. The checkmark is so indistinguishable that it seems as if it is not there even when it is checked.

Expected results:

The check mark under the cursor should be the same color as the color of the checkbox frame.
