Steps to reproduce:
- In Firefox for Android, go to https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/ .
- In one gesture, scroll down and back up to the top, and then pull a bit further.
Expected results:
Pulling further should only cause the native overscroll stretch effect. No pull-to-refresh should be performed because we determined at the start of the gesture that we want to scroll, not pull-to-refresh.
Actual results:
The scroll gesture turns into a pull-to-refresh gesture. I assume this happens because the page started out at the top.
