Now that the work on Bug 1807071 was completed, Pull to Refresh will be enabled by default on Fenix Release.
We will track the new issues related to this feature on this Meta bug.

*Rating 1/5: is there a way to disable pull to refresh? browsing yt shorts. when I want to watch the previous video, the browser is doing refresh. it's really annoying.

" (This is the very thing I hate in most android browser) please provide option that it can be off and on please)!!!

*Rating 1/5: A previously-fixed bug was reintroduced in a recent update. When you scroll up, it sometimes causes the whole page to reload. Extremely annoying.

*Rating 3/5: Pull to refresh was re-enabled after an update. It doesn't work properly when scrolling through comments and scrubbing through the video on YouTube. Can be deactivated but perhaps better to not have updates revert settings.
