Once modeGetFolder is supported in some way, we could try to enable dom.webkitBlink.dirPicker.enabled also on mobile.

I think this would mean basically to support https://developer.android.com/reference/android/content/Intent#ACTION_OPEN_DOCUMENT_TREE
