STR:
- Start with
sidebar.verticalTabs = true
andsidebar.revamp = true
. - Visit github.com.
- At the top of the page, open the link to githubuniverse.com ("Explore the full schedule and get tickets now") several times in new tabs.
Expected:
Default favicon is only shown when site doesn't have a favicon.
Actual:
Default favicon (wireframe globe) appears while loading. It flickers briefly for fast sites but can appear for several seconds for slow sites, before and/or after the loading animation.
In comparison, horizontal tabs only show the default favicon as fallback when the site does not provide one.
