phabricator#D220062 added network.http.http3.ecn pref. When true, IP ECN markings are send and received for HTTP3 QUIC UDP datagrams. It is false by default.
Next I will enable network.http.http3.ecn on Firefox Nightly.
Set network.http.http3.ecn pref to true on Firefox Nightly.
Note, this pref is still disabled on Android x86. See
