In addition to changing the words, we need to change the capitalization. The current menu item, Report Site Issue, uses title case with each word capitalized. The new design should use sentence case with lower case words like Report broken site.

This issue is verified as fixed on Firefox Nightly 134 (2024-11-14) under Samsung S24 Ultra (Android 14) and Lenovo tab P11 Pro (Android 13). Confirming that the "Report Site Issue" menu item was successfully renamed as "Report broken site" in both old and new menus.
