1919919 - Small message view header columns in table view don't ellipsize properly

This is very OS and font-size specific so it's hard to reproduce.
Potential STR

• Shrink a column to the minimum size possible
• Sort the list by that column

Notice that the dropdown overlaps the text and the ellipsis don't kick in properly.

I suspect this is a combination of the button with inline padding and the table cell rendering at that small size.
I have a proposal solution to mitigate this problem.
