have been intermittently timing out (hanged) since they were introduced.
This takes minutes every time a developer runs the tests locally or on CI.
Due to the timeout, the test cases after Blob or File do not get executed, increasing the risk of undetected regression.
The fix provided by 1637174 just adjusts the test expectations to not alert about the known issue.
