Operating system: Mac OS 14.6.1/Windows 10
Firefox version: Firefox 130.0/132

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to https://liamengland1.github.io/webcompat-sep24/
2. Click on Dog or Cat button.
3. Observe the page.

Expected Behavior:
The image is displayed.

Actual Behavior:
The image is missing.

Notes:

• Reproduces regardless of the status of ETP
• Reproduces in Firefox Nightly, and Firefox Release
• Does not reproduce in Chrome

It's using kendo ui, it's basically bug 1897490. Apparently they're not maintaining that... I've been meaning to turn on prefixed transforms again fully, and maybe re-enable prefixed transitions too...
