1921558 - Provide an option to cancel automatic video PiP but still keep it playing on the background

STR.

1. on Firefox Nightly, play an arbitrary video from Youtube
2. open an new tab
3. the Youtube playback will automatically become a PiP showing on the current newly opened tab

Expected.
4. PiP interface should provide a new option to cancel PiP but keep video still playing in the background

Actual.
4. There are only two options, (1) switch back the original tab (2) close PiP and STOP playback

However, there are definitely some use cases where users want to keep BACKGROUND playback, instead of forcing everything showing on the foreground. Eg. playing a Youtube video only for its music.
