To reduce user confusion between the forward/back buttons on Firefox's nav bar and the OS nav bar, we should always use the system black color for the OS nav bar. We should not override the color of the OS status bar (at the top of the screen) or Firefox's nav bar.

Yes, this is applicable for all modes and themes that use a bottom navigation bar.
