Steps to reproduce:

Unfortunately, I couldn't tell when it happens. When I browse, I just notice that sometimes the 3 dot menu is black in dark mode, making it hard to see.

Actual results:

The 3 dot menu is black in dark mode.

Expected results:

The 3 dot menu should be white in dark mode.

Is your Firefox's settings > Customize > Theme set to "Dark" or "Follow device theme"?

When the 3 dot menu is rendered in black, does the problem start immediately when you first launch Firefox or some time while you are browsing? Does the problem stay until you quit Firefox?

How often does this bug happen for you?

My setting is set to Dark, not Follow device theme

The 3 dot menu starts normally in white and it turns to black somehow while browsing. I don't know what triggers it because I browse a lot of pages and just notice it when I need to use the menu. It doesn't happen often. It seems to stay black once it changed color.

Can't reproduce but it looks like this could have been introduced by Bug 1922419. Since readable color function was modified.

Need to keep investigating for a way to reproduce this.

I'm not able to reproduce this on my Xiaomi device. I browsed and backgrounded the app a couple of times and changed the toolbar placement from top to bottom and opened a couple of new tabs and still not seeing this issue.

This appears to be another issue with the Xiaomi system themeing similar to 1928614. Our code is pretty straightforward on determining the system theme and we can't reproduce so I'm closing this as WORKSFORME. If this continues to be a problem in Firefox 135 we can reopen and continue investigating.
