User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; CPU iPhone OS 18_0 like Mac OS X) AppleWebKit/605.1.15 (KHTML, like Gecko) FxiOS/131.0 Mobile/15E148 Safari/605.1.15
Steps to reproduce:
Latest browser (nightly) on MacOS. Enable bookmarks bar always on. Go to the address bar and ensure there are enough bookmarks in bar and enough suggestions in dropdown to collide.
User agent:
Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X; tv:133.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/133.0
I really like the new change removing the top space on the web browser btw, excellent adjustment. 🙌
Actual results:
The bookmarks bar text is laid under the suggestion text from the address bar.
Expected results:
The address bar drop down should be opaque over the entire view not just the actual browser content.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox::Address Bar' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.

I can't reproduce this on any of the October Nightlies. I also tried one Nightly each day from Sept. 27 onward, and it didn't happen with them either.
Emilio, could this be related to one of the bugs mentioned in bug 1921811?

You need vertical tabs enabled. This is a dupe of bug 1922802.
