Position the anchor element within the absolute containing block for the query element and use it as the basis for resolution

Resolution happens around here. We require:

  • Proper resolution of any anchor lookups, as well as their insets.
  • Not paying the anchor lookup price for e.g. absolutely-positioned elements using calc but not using anchor positioning.
  • Handling invalid anchor references without fallback, resulting in the entire property becoming invalid-at-compute-time.
