The Total Message Count for Favorite Folders in the Folder Pane is not working consistently. It's not showing at first when a folder is made a favorite, and it's not showing when toggling "compact mode". It comes back after a restart.

Expected behavior: The Total Message Count should always be displayed for Favorite Folders in the Folder Pane.

Tested in 132.0b3, but also not working in 115.

If enabled, this ensures total message count and folder size are displayed when new folder rows are added to Unread or Favorite modes, or when Compact View is toggled.
