http://link.springer.de/forum.htm isn't displayed correctly (no possibility to
access libraries' links) with blocked images.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Turn off displaying images
2. Open http://link.springer.de/forum.htm
3. Try to find out links to any libraries.

Actual Results:

Expected Results:  
The links mst be rendered (i gass) and without images.

Mozilla will not display alt text if image blocking is in force.
