Filing this as a follow-up to bug 1894136, to track fixing the modified test case posted there.

The modified test case involves an element fixed to the top nested inside an element fixed to the bottom.

Fixing this would likely require a more involved fix approach where the nested element is un-translated by the trasnlation of its ancestor, and then has its own translation applied.

This page structure seems like an edge case so we are not planning to prioritize this until we encounter this in a real-world website.
