Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.15; rv:131.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/131.0
Steps to reproduce:
Open more than one Firefox window with links visible. With window A in focus, right click on a link on window B, and select "open link in new window" or in new private window.
Firefox window A must have main OS focus.
Actual results:
Focus will change to Window B after the selection and no new window is created. You must right click on the link and make the selection a second time.
This only occurs when a Firefox window is in main OS focus - not if another app has focus.
Expected results:
Focus changes on initial right click and, importantly, the first context menu selection is executed (opening a new window).
