Steps to reproduce

  1. Have the ETP set to Strict.
  2. Open a website.
  3. Long tap the Refresh button from toolbar (with the New Toolbar Redesign enabled) or from the main menu.

Expected behavior

Similar to Firefox for iOS, when long tapping the Refresh button, a context menu with the "Reload Without Tracking Protection" option should be displayed.
Tapping this option disables the ETP for this website.
The ETP can be then re-enabled again by selecting the "Reload With Tracking Protection" option from the context menu.

Actual behavior

The page is refreshed, there is no context menu available when long tapping the Refresh button.
