Gist:
The "Reduce Page Protections" feature would proactively address web compatibility issues by offering users the option to temporarily reduce certain privacy protections when a site isn’t functioning properly. This feature allows users to navigate compatibility challenges without having to leave Private Browsing mode.
Initial plan is to show a modal when we blocked tracking resources and the use reloads the page.

For a one-off beta testing, the QA-team is using these whiteboard tags to tag bugs whether they get resolved with the infobar (all bugs):
[reduce-protection:fixed](query): the infobar is shown on reload, clicking reload fixes the problem[reduce-protection:not-fixed](query): the infobar is shown on reload, clicking reload doesn't fix the problem[reduce-protection:not-shown](query): the infobar isn't shown on reload[reduce-protection:not-reproducible](query): the report isn't reproducible anymore
All other bugs with whiteboard tags containing [reduced-protection:, but non of the above whiteboard tags: query.
