Thank you for the ping, but this does not qualify for a release note since it's not implemented in Fenix.
This ticket only added the module in AC that can be used for implementing a feature that uses screen recording detection.

I am putting up a patch to remove the dependency, it was added as a transient permission from another AC module.
Will also request an uplift for the patch.
