In bug 1917305 we are refactoring moz-toggle to subclass MozBaseInputElement. This will provide automatic fluent support for the label and description attributes, which we previously had to configure by specifying data-l10n-attrs on every instance of moz-toggle. As a result of this change we can now clean up all instances of moz-toggle, as well as our docs, stories, and any tests.
