Sometimes I accidentally delete it in Mozilla and I can't bring it back so I delete the profile. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3.
FYI: you can set any folder as the personal toolbar under the Bookmark Manager's view menu "set as personal toolbar folder". *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 88711 ***
