Steps to reproduce:

Hit F11 to switch to fullscreen mode.

Actual results:

The address bar input field (not the remaining toolbar) remains visible, obscuring part of the web page.

Expected results:

The address bar should not be visible when in fullscreen mode.

I can reproduce the issue on Nighhtly134.0a1 Windows11.

1. Open web page e.g., https://www.wikipedia.org/
2. Press F11

Tracking for Fx134.
The regressor Bug 1927111 is a blocker for Fx133 and we'll need an uplift of that for beta.
However, only after the issue here has been investigated.
