Similar to Bug 1925978 but for macOS builds, we'd like to serve ESR115 to macOS versions 10.9 to 10.14.

We used to handle macOS 10.9 to 10.11 clients (see Bug 1637549) but that was removed last year. Maybe we should only care about macOS 10.12, 10.13 and 10.14?

Overall we have about 110k downloads per month on 10.9, 10.10 or 10.11 (https://console.cloud.google.com/bigquery?sq=57402645643:e3b602cc03424edeb2974db8d5bf23c1) which is still significant - let's handle 10.9 to 10.14 as suggested here.

Support for 10.9 to 10.11 was dropped in Firefox 79, four and a half years ago (bug 1634765). Pretending that we still support new installs there going into 2025 seems like a bad idea to me, not to mention not worth the effort.

The volume of downloads vastly decreased to close to none now (https://console.cloud.google.com/bigquery?sq=57402645643:e3b602cc03424edeb2974db8d5bf23c1&invt=AbuzTg&project=moz-fx-productdelivery-pr-38b5&ws=!1m8!1m7!8m2!1s57402645643!2se3b602cc03424edeb2974db8d5bf23c1!14m3!1smoz-fx-productdelivery-pr-38b5!2sbquxjob_6e4a9860_1963849c52f!3sUS). It is likely that a 3rd party site or system stopped pointing to these versions.
Overall it now looks fine not to do this since volumes are not worth the effort.
