1928980 - [MacOS - full screen] Address bar stays on top when hovering to the top of the screen

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.15; rv:133.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/133.0

Steps to reproduce:

On MacOS, I have put FF dev edition to full screen mode.
When you hover with the mouse in the top of the screen the FF menu slides down.

Actual results:

The address bar will stay on the same location AND on top of the opened taps. Look very strange.

Expected results:

The address bar should slide a bit down as well, in correlation with the menu.

Trying to work with this for a hour now. How the hell did this pass QA?

Also having this issue. FWIW I noticed that the bug does not occur with a completely fresh window, it starts happening only once something has been typed into the address bar.
