1929889 - [Menu Redesign] Temporarily disabled warning doesn't redirect to Extensions page

Preconditions

Enable Menu Redesign feature from Secret Settings.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install an extension.
2. Open a new tab and navigate to about:crashextensions
3. Reload the about:crashestensions page about 7-8 times until a warning is displayed (Extensions are temporarily disabled)
4. Select "Continue with extensions disabled" option.
5. Open the Main menu and tap on Extensions (Temporarily disabled) menu item.

Expected behavior

The user is taken directly to Settings page where the error banner is displayed.

Actual behavior

Extensions submenu is opened.

• Firefox version: Firefox Nightly 134 (2024-11-06)
• Android device model: Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra (Android 14)

This issue is verified as fixed on Firefox Nightly 134 (2024-11-14) under Samsung S24 Ultra (Android 14) and Lenovo tab P11 Pro (Android 13). Confirming that the user is taken directly to Settings page where the error banner is displayed.
