Steps to reproduce

1. Firefox Nightly is set as default browser on a foldable device.
2. Open an external app (i.e. Gmail, Instagram, Slack) and tap on a link.
3. Tap the Recent apps button to open the list of recently used apps.
4. Long tap on the icon of app used in step 2, then tap "Split screen".
5. Exit the split view mode.
6. Observe the custom tab.

Expected behavior

The toolbar in the custom tabs remains correctly displayed.

Actual behavior

Without changing the orientation, the address bar + nav bar pair (displayed in split mode) remain displayed in full screen mode as well.
Changing the orientation resets the top toolbar to it's default design, but the bottom navigation bar remains displayed.

Device information

• Firefox version: Nightly 134.0a1 from 11/08 (with the new toolbar enabled)
• Android device model & Android OS version: Samsung GalaxyZ Fold 4 (Android 13)
  This issue is also reproducible when returning from Pop-up view.

Verified as fixed in Nightly 135.0a1 from 01/02.
Note that this issue is still reproducible in Beta 134.0b10 when enrolled in the combined-android-toolbar-and-menu-experiment.
Tested with Samsung GalaxyZ Fold 4 (Android 14).
