For now we're keeping site reports open until the underlying problems are actually fixed (in this case, the site fixes their bug).

AmbraHealth's sites seem to no longer be blocking Firefox based on installTrigger, but are instead just telling all users to:
Please upload exams ONLY through the GOOGLE CHROME OR MICROSOFT EDGE web browser for compliance.
Contact your IT team to change your default browser if necessary.
This message is shown even on Chrome. We should probably reach out to them to understand why Firefox and other browsers are insufficient for "compliance".

(In reply to Thomas Wisniewski [:twisniewski] from comment #13)

The individual InteleShare site designers are the ones who added that message. The only InteleShare pages with the "Please upload exams ONLY through the GOOGLE CHROME OR MICROSOFT EDGE web browser for compliance" message belong to NYP:
https://nyp-columbia.ambrahealth.com/share/outside_studies
https://nyp.ambrahealth.com/share/wcmct_patients
https://wcinyp.ambrahealth.com/share/drbharam
https://wcinyp.ambrahealth.com/share/neuro_peds
https://wcinyp.ambrahealth.com/share/wcmctsurg
2 of Cleveland Clinic's InteleShare pages say "Google Chrome is the preferred browser to upload images":
https://cc-ir.ambrahealth.com/share/ccindianriver
https://cc.ambrahealth.com/share/clevelandclinic_ORI
Other InteleShare sites (including the https://cc.ambrahealth.com/share/clevelandclinic_NI and https://cc.ambrahealth.com/share/clevelandclinic_portal Cleveland Clinic InteleShare pages) do not recommend a different browser to Firefox users, AFAICT.

Mass-assigning diagnosis-team to webcompat for "Firefox is not supported" bugs that don't already have a team assigned. This action is done by a script. For your convenience, feel free to filter your bugmail with 559a9604-41ec-11f0-9ec6-f3f21dcd7cf2.

:twisniewski, maybe it's time to close this bug?
