Preconditions
- Fenix is set as default browser.
- Enable Menu Redesign feature from Secret Settings.
- Make sure Toolbar Redesign feature is enabled in Secret Settings
Steps to reproduce
- Set the Fenix theme different than the device theme.
- Open an external app (i.e. Gmail, Instagram, Slack) and tap on a link.
- Tap on 3 dots menu and check the menu theme.
Expected behavior
The Custom tab menu respects the device's theme.
Actual behavior
The Custom tab menu follows the Fenix's theme.

With considering bug 1927882 and the
Always use the default light/dark theme from the main browser
requirement this bug is invalid. We actually want the entire UI to follow the app's theme.
