Details
The previous bug 1926706 made it so loads can't be canceled anymore. We should allow canceling loads if/while they're cancelable (have an abortable) - typically by pressing the back button.
Should its label change to "Cancel" during such cases? Or do we want a separate button?
My simple approach would be to just make the back button clickable above the long loading overlay.
