We need the ability to follow a section.

This includes a button next to the context menu, and an item in the context menu to unfollow if they have followed.

Figma here: https://www.figma.com/design/VdghooQZTLiXYO8hF5pAuS/Feed?node-id=7243-21104&node-type=canvas&m=dev

A followed topics is going to use the pref, or a similar pref, from topics selection.

I've verified this task on the latest Nightly 135.0a1 build (build id: 20241212095112), on macOS Sequoia 15.0.1, on Windows 11 x64 and on Ubuntu 22.04 x64. Putting on enabled the following two prefs: "browser.newtabpage.activity-stream.discoverystream.sections.enabled" and "browser.newtabpage.activity-stream.discoverystream.sections.personalization.enabled”, "Follow" button appears on the page and clicking on it, it becomes "Following". Hover over the button when its status is "Following", the status is changed into "Unfollow".
