1933459 - Pressing Esc key does not close address bar dropdown when the Unified Search Button is focused

Description

[Kestrel]

STR:

1. Focus the address bar (Ctrl+L).
2. Type something.
3. Press Shift+Tab to move focus to the Unified Search Button.
4. Press Esc key.

Expected:
Address bar dropdown closes.

Actual:
Address bar dropdown remains open.

Have to press Tab to move focus or press Space to open the search list for Esc to be recognized and close the dropdown.

Reproduced the issue with Firefox 135.0a1 (2024-11-26) on Windows 10.
The issue is verified fixed with Firefox 135.0a1 (20241218214439) on Windows 10, Ubuntu 22 and macOS 14.
