STR:

  1. Focus the address bar (Ctrl+L).
  2. Type something.
  3. Press Shift+Tab to move focus to the Unified Search Button.
  4. Click the page content.

Expected:
Address bar no longer has focused appearance.

Actual:
Address bar retains highlighted outline as if it has keyboard focus when it does not.
