Menu item 'Properties...' is inactive when I right click on my Mozilla mail
account name. For the fresh user this is very unconfortable, it isn't clear
where to go to change account preferencies.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Mozilla mailer with existing accounts
2.Write click on the account name, ex. [e-mail]
3.See that all menu items are active except Properties...

Actual Results:  
menu item Properties is not active

Expected Results:  
Would be great if it was active:)

I really don't know why this item is not active, hope you could solve this
problem or explain why it has to be unactive

WFM, current trunk build. Please try a newer build. 1.2.1 is old now.
