1934523 - Tablet default desktop view cannot revert back to mobile view by toggling the desktop view switch

Steps to reproduce:

On Tablet Firefox, open a tab, navigate to a website. Let the app sleep, or close and re-open the app. On the already opened tab, which is on desktop view by default since 133, the Desktop view switch is in the OFF position.

Actual results:

Toggling the switch reloads the page again in Desktop View. Toggling again, reloads again in desktop view. There is no way to load in Mobile view anymore.

Expected results:

When the Desktop View is on by default, the desktop view switch should be in the OFF position on new and already opened tabs, and toggling it should reload the page to mobile view.

Meant to write: " When the Desktop View is on by default, the desktop view switch should be in the ON position on new and already opened tabs, and toggling it should reload the page to mobile view."

Setting Fx133 and Fx134 to disabled, Bug 1934259 disabled the feature added under Bug 1910768

As per comment 5, the regressor bug has been reverted and has been updated to v135.
