1936485 - Consider removing underscore from account flow state messages

Pre-requisites:
Have at least one account previously configured.

Steps to reproduce

1. Launch TB.
2. Go to burger menu and select Settings.
3. Check the Account Hub (experimental) option
4. Click on the Burger Menu again and Select New Account-Email.
5. Go through all the screens inputting valid credentials and configurations.

Expected result

• Account Hub flow state messages should not be underlined, it may create the confusion that these titles are hyperlinks.
• Titles such as : "Configuration found in Mozilla ISPDB" or "Your Credentials will only be stored locally on your computer" , etc.

Actual result

• As a user , I was tempted to see if the title for each account flow state was a hyperlink.
• Removing the underline from these titles would greatly improve the overall aesthetics of the screen as well as improve overall UX.
