Micah noticed in the review for bug 1936548 that we don't show the "reveal password" menu in the context menu in the browser chrome.
That apparently happens because we show a hard-coded context menu (here).
It seems like a useful and trivial-ish thing to do.

Remove the always-on context menu pref while at it, to avoid having to
honor it here too.
