Filing this bug to enable the -webkit-fill-available sizing keyword and let it ride the trains (toggling layout.css.webkit-fill-available.enabled to true).
I'll use this partly to collect bugs that need to be fixed before we can let it ship. When we are ready to let it ship, I'll post an intent-to-ship and land the pref-flip here; and we can always revert the pref-flip on beta if we run into trouble.
(I'm intentionally decoupling this from the bug where we'll toggle the pref for 'stretch' -- the two keywords do the same thing, but there's a higher threshold on correctness and a lower prior-webcompat-demand for 'stretch', so we might wait a bit longer to flip the pref for that one.)
I'm really looking forward to this feature shipping soon to improve interoperability.
What are the current barriers?

There are some cases where our current preffed-off implementation doesn't work properly (and fatally asserts when attempting to resolve the value) in max-height/min-height. With that fixed, I think this is good to ship - I'd been hoping to address that sooner, but as of right now it's up-next on my todo list after I fix bug 1965560. I anticipate this should be shipping as part of Firefox 141 (which starts its nightly cycle next Monday).

whoops, I forgot that I'd filed this previously; I'm now doing this on bug 1988938.
