193734 - duplicate comments should include summary of duplicate bug

The comments that say "Bug xxx has been marked a duplicate of this bug." should
include the summary of the duplicate bug so full text searches (bug 145588) can
take advantage of the "fund of synonyms" (quoting Gerv) in duplicate bug summaries.

I disagree with the reason, if perhaps not the idea :-) Full text searches
should be discouraged, because they are resource intensive and, when the
searcher doesn't know exactly what they are doing, will usually produce 0 hits
or a very large number. As my original mail on this subject said, searching of
duplicate bug summaries is best achieved by including summaries of duplicate
bugs in your search :-)

Actually full text searches produce better results using fewer resources than
our current searching techniques.  See bug 145588 and the following URL for more

The User Interface component now belongs to Gerv.  Reassigning all UNCONFIRMED
and NEW (but not ASSIGNED) bugs currently owned by Myk (the previous component
owner) to Gerv.

Reassigning back to Myk.  That stuff about Gerv taking over the User Interface
component turned out to be short-lived.  Please pardon our confusion, and I'm
very sorry about the spam.
