1937642 - "Search Online" checkbox in saved search properties dialog may be erroneously disabled

Steps to reproduce:

1. Select "Local folders" in the folder pane.
2. Create a new saved search.
3. "Choose" a local folder and press "OK".
4. Add an IMAP folder as in the previous step.

Expected result:
After step 3, "Search Online" is disabled, after step 4 it is enabled.

Actual result:
"Search Online" remains disabled after step 4.
