This only applieds to Mozilla. Downloading using IE does not exhibit this behaviour.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to a site that has files to download. E.g. versiontracker
2. Click on Download link
3. File downloaded has ".pps" appended to file name.
