Bug 1910360 enabled quinn-udp on Nightly. Next up, I would like to enable quinn-udp on Beta.

Given that all (known) quinn-udp related issues are resolved, I am proposing to use quinn-udp instead of NSPR on Firefox Beta.

Any objections?
