1939603 - Window close button does not extend to top right corner of screen when window is maximized

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/131.0.0.0 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce:

0. Make sure "Hide system window title bar" is checked in Settings
1. Maximize the Thunderbird window
2. Move the mouse cursor to the very top-right edge of the screen
3. Click

Actual results:

Nothing

Expected results:

This should result in clicking on the Close button and close the window.

I think this is bug https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1560702 but for some reason I can't comment there. Are comments always disabled on closed issues? That would be stupid.
