This came out of Bug #19166.
If you bring up the mail account manager and click on Copies & Folders for one
of the servers, we display a bunch of rdf://http:// urls for the combo boxes
that represent folder hierarchies. This doesn't look right at all. The combo box
still appears to be there if I click in the text box that shows this rdf url.

yup, this is something broken with select widgets. I've had one or two bugs
about this already, but I don't know where they disappeared to.
You basically get the RDF URI when you haven't selected a folder for sent,
etc... as soon as you select one, they stay (or at least they did
a few days ago, not sure what today's state is, as my linux build is having
trouble with popups on top of modals again, and crashes if I fiddle with these
widgets too much)

Removing PDT+ for re-evaluation. Here's why:
1. Out of the box, we pick up the Sent folder based on its name
2. After you've set a value in the combobox, it gets remembered for next time
So, no data loss, no prefs bustage. Seems just cosmetic. Note that bug 14131
keeps these <select> controls from working as well as they should.
Putting on the PDT- radar. We will release note this issue for dogfood
declaration.

soon I'm going to replace the html select widgets with cascading menus, so this
bug will be going away.
re-assign to me.
alecf: I sort of have this working already, I just need to change the js to
save the changes. come by if you want a demo.
