:whimboo mentioned he cannot access ts_paint data series from this task in November. Instead, Something went wrong TypeError: can't access property "y", e[0] is undefined gets shown.

The last OS X 10.15 run of T(o) on autoland was on Dec 9. Runs on the new macOS 14.70 started earlier but are affected by the same issue.

Does the data get purged after 28 days? If yes, the data series should be shown but without the missing data point selected, and a warning be shown.

Note that this is a task that I re-triggered today because I wanted to verify the ts_paint numbers after the worker cleanup for bug 1927416. So the data is fresh but may reference to something else which doesn't exist anymore?

Possibly related to bug 1855574. Beatrice could you confirm if this is due to the data no longer existing?

I can confirm confirm that this is due to missing data.

Thanks Beatrice. Do we have a bug on file to provide a better user experience? If not, could you open one and mark it as a blocker for this bug?

Sure, I filled FXP-4055 on Jira.
