Steps to reproduce:

Select New Message from Template or Edit Draft Message

Actual results:

I get a composition window with a completely empty/blank body

Expected results:

The body should be the contents of the template or draft message.

Reverting from 128.6.0 to 128.5.0 fixes the issue. Seen in both Linux and Windows.
