The quick_suggest_ingest_time metric (bug 1907227) is superseded by the suggest metrics Ben added in bug 1919362. It doesn't give us any more data than the suggest metrics do, and the suggest metrics actually give us more since they break out ingest times into per-suggestion-type times, download times, and non-download-related times. Originally it measured the total time it took to ingest all suggestion types, which is kind of something that the suggest metrics alone don't tell us (not without post-processing), but it doesn't even do that anymore.
