While working on a dump of BMO data for a researcher recently, I came across a few bugs while using our remove-non-public-data.pl script. Once the issues were fixed, I was able to complete the full dump. This bug is to commit these fixes for the next time. We have not used the script in a long time and a lot of things can happen in that time such as schema changes, code changes, etc.
